Winter wheat
Winter wheat – is the most important food crop in 43 countries. The chemical composition of the grain consists of all necessary elements of human nutrition: protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, enzymes and minerals. The most important component of the grain is protein (8-22%) and gluten. No other cereal has such a valuable combination of these two important components. The bulk of the wheat are carbohydrates, which are mainly represented by starch (48-63%) and have a great energy value in human nutrition.
