General application requirements
Crop treatment with ROSTOK Amino is carried out with standard sprinkling. The working solution is prepared just before application. It is recommended to use "ROSTOK" Amino together with microfertilizers "UAROSTOK" ® to enhance the anti-stress effect and strengthen immunity in plants.
The order of preparation of the working solution:
- Fill the sprayer tank to 2/3 volume with water, add urea (if necessary), UAROSTOK ® microfertilizers, turn on the mixer;
- Then add "ROSTOK" Amino and plant protection products (if they are provided and recommended, after their preliminary mixing and testing);
- Fill the tank with water to the full volume and start spraying.
The resulting solution should not precipitate or separate into fractions.
It is suggested spraying early in the morning or in the evening at a temperature of 10-25⁰C. The solution should be used within 6 hours after preparing.
Standards for the use of working solutions
The recommended rate of consumption of the working solution for cereals and industrial crops - 150-250 l/ha, vegetable, berry and melon crops - 200-400 l/ha, fruits - 500-1000 l/ha, grape - 600-800 l/ha.
Compatibility with other drugs
ROSTOK Amino is compatible with most pesticides and fertilizers. However, make sure that the working solution of the tank mixture does not show signs of physical incompatibility (turbidity, precipitation, delamination, etc.).
When used in combination with microfertilizers ROSTOK Amino improves the penetration and absorption of nutrients from fertilizers.
"ROSTOK" Amino
"ROSTOK" Amino - a highly concentrated drug containing a special set of readily available L-amino acids, due to which it has an anti-stress and stimulating effect on the plant. The drug should be used as early as possible after the onset of adverse factors, regardless of the stage of development of the culture.

The main functions of amino acids.
Glutamic acid - activates metabolic processes, synthesis of new amino acids, restores water balance of crops, improves their pollination, is a source of chlorophyll synthesis.
Aspartic acid - is actively involved in nitrogen metabolism and protein synthesis, is a building material for the synthesis of other amino acids.
Alanine - increases the resistance of plants in conditions of moisture deficiency and low temperatures, participates in the synthesis of chlorophyll.
Glycine - regulates the opening of the stomata, has chelating properties, increases the stability of plants during stress, participates in the processes of pollination and fruit formation.
Lysine - is a precursor of polyamines, a source of nitrogen and improves crop resistance to stress, takes an active part in the biosynthesis of chlorophyll.
Proline - is part of the mechanism of opening and closing the stomata, improves drought resistance and optimizes water metabolism.
Threonine - at high temperatures regulates the mechanism of plant protection during stress and the work of opening and closing the stomata.
Tryptophan - is the basis for the synthesis of auxin plant hormones. Accelerates root formation, growth of meristematic tissues, prevents growth inhibition, helps to combat stress.
Serine - increases resistance to stress, and is a precursor to auxin - the most important phytohormone, without which the process of cell growth and repair is impossible.

Mechanism of action:
Free L-amino acids contained in the drug quite easily penetrate the cuticle of the leaf. Having received ready amino acids the plant does not spend energy on their synthesis. As a result, the plant recovers faster from stress, has increased resistance to abiotic stressors (high or low temperatures, severe sunlight, lack of moisture, drought, etc.), activates growth and development, improves the functioning of the root system - assimilation of soil nutrients.
